- Le pica est un trouble du comportement alimentaire caractérisé par l'ingestion durable (plus d'un mois) de substances non nutritives et non comestibles : terre, craie, sable, papier, plastique, céruse, cendre de cigarette, etc. Son nom vient du latin pica, la pie, cet oiseau étant réputé pour avoir ce comportement.
