- Organization that aims to support French open science initiatives through the implementation of calls for projects. Its creation stems from the "Generalising open access to publications" axis of the National Plan for Open Science announced in July 2018 by the Minister for Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Frédérique Vidal. It is funded by the Ministry and receives additional contributions from the higher education, research and innovation community,
