- Action plan launched in July 2018 by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. It defines 3 strategic axes to place French research at the heart of the global movement of open data and transparency of public action: generalise open access to publications, structure and open research data, and be part of a sustainable, European and international dynamic.
