- Committee established in 2018 by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and chaired by the Director General for Research and Innovation. It ensures the implementation of a policy to support the opening of research publications and data and is divided into four colleges: publication, research data, skills and training, Europe and international.
