organizational co-orientation theory

Définition(s)

  • Developed by James Taylor and his colleagues from the 1990s to the present, organizational co-orientation theory shows how the process of everyday conversation is the basis for organization. Building on insights from linguistics, discourse, and organizational theory, this theory shows that organizing starts when two people interact about a topic of mutual concern, but that it goes well beyond this simple base.
