harvesting strategies
Définition(s)
- The term harvesting strategies describes the process of deciding to remove and then removing an organizational unit by selling it for the best possible return or by pricing its goods and services as high as possible to maximize profitability with little regard for longer-term consequences. Just as the farmer harvests a live crop to sell for cash and profit, businesses and other organizations “harvest” business units for a variety of reasons.
