  • The National Center for Justice and the Rule of Law originated in 2001 at the University of Mississippi School of Law with the goal of promoting “awareness of search and seizure principles through conferences, training, lectures, and support for selected publications.” The center has a director, associate director, counsel, two clinical professors, and additional professional and administrative staff.
