- The All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) (or “Women's Federation,” known as Fulian in Chinese) is the official state-sponsored organization representing women's interests in the People's Republic of China (PRC). Founded in April 3, 1949, its basic mission is to represent and safeguard the rights and interests of women and promote gender equality.
