Définition(s)
- A scan of newspaper and journal articles reveals that a number of “literacies” are emerging as the Information Age unfolds, including computer literacy, information literacy, media literacy, and visual literacy. Computer literacy was one of the first of the new literacies to be identified when computers became readily available for individual and home use, and it can be considered a component of information literacy, a broader term.
