Definición

  • In the early 1950s, the first television programs for children were introduced into network schedules, and by the mid-1960s, children had the option of watching up to four hours of cartoons every Saturday morning. Advertisers quickly took advantage of this new market, finding the youth a captive audience for commercials promoting toys and breakfast cereal.
