Kerr (1971–) is a law professor, leading scholar on digital issues, and attorney who has written extensively about Fourth Amendment issues and argued a search-and-seizure case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Born in 1971 in New York, Kerr earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a master's of science degree from Stanford University, and his law degree from Harvard Law School.
