Definición

  • Cumulative voting is an electoral procedure in which instead of being limited to casting a ballot for a single candidate, voters are given multiple votes and may divide those votes any way they chose. Voters may cast all of their votes for a single candidate or divide them among two or more office seekers. [Source: The Encyclopedia of Political Science; Cumulative Voting]
