Definición

  • The Willie Bosket Law refers to the Juvenile Offenders Act, a New York State law that lowered the age of original jurisdiction for the juvenile justice system for specific violent offenses. In effect, the law made more juvenile offenders, as young as 13, subject to the adult criminal justice system as a means of getting tough with juvenile offenders.
