Definición
- The Journal of Negro Education (JNE), established in 1932 at Howard University, has for nearly 75 years served as one of the most significant vehicles for the critical analysis of African American education. Consequently, JNE is one of the oldest refereed scholarly periodicals continuously published by and about African Americans.
