Definición
- Transnational policing is a complex and multifaceted approach to crime control that can reach across national borders, often requiring collaboration among multiple organizations and their agents. Although this type of law-enforcement activity is not new, it has become more extensive—and, some might say, more necessary—with the rise of international terrorism and the globalization of crime. The types of crimes that naturally extend beyond state boundaries often include immigration and border-related offenses.
