Definición
- Between 1970 and 1975, the Black exploitation (blaxploitation) movement functioned as a significant alternative to Hollywood's historic misrepresentation of Blacks. The movement emerged through three main social, political, and economic factors: the civil rights movement, the historic misrepresentation of Blacks in motion pictures, and Hollywood's financial problems.
