Definición

  • The Dyer Act, also called the National Motor Vehicle Theft Act, was enacted on October 29, 1919, to impede the interstate trafficking of stolen vehicles by organized thieves. The act makes it a crime to transport stolen motor vehicles across state borders in interstate or foreign commerce.
