  • The Video Voyeurism Prevention Act of 2004 (S.1301) is an amendment to the Federal Criminal Code (18 U.S.C. § 1801) designed to protect individuals from secret video recording or capturing of “improper” images not only in private but also in public and semipublic settings where privacy is normally expected and where consent is not given.
