Oklahoma, 583 F.2d 1161 (1978), the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sought to clarify the degree to which federal courts could grant habeas corpus relief to a defendant who had been convicted of a crime in state court using evidence tainted by a violation of the Fourth Amendment.
